Agreement
Once terms are agreed upon, both parties will instruct solicitors to draft a contract. We cover all reasonable professional fees.

Promotion
While you continue to use the land, we manage the promotion of the site through the planning system, bearing all the costs. You can be as involved in the process as you prefer.

Planning Approval
Once planning permission is secured, we collaborate with you to determine the market value of the land. The land could either be purchase by Woodstock Homes for an agreed price, or it could be sold via an agreed marketing strategy

Selecting a Buyer
Selecting a Buyer – If the site has been marketed, after receiving bids for the site, we work together to select the ideal purchaser for the property.

Company Foundation

Completion of Sale (Marketing)
Upon the sale of the land, the proceeds are shared between the landowner and promoter, ensuring everyone is incentivized to achieve the highest possible land value.

First Development 10+ homes

Completion of Sale (Woodstock Homes)
Should the marketing route not be taken, Woodstock Homes will purchase the site based on the market value of the planning consent, with a discount applied for the benefit of taking on the financial risk through planning.
