Woodstock Strategic is consistently on the lookout for land promotion opportunities. Our focus is on land without existing planning permission, and we work closely with landowners, local councils, housing associations, and community organisations throughout the South of England. Our goal is to create housing developments that not only enhance the housing sector but also provide home buyers with greater choice in the new homes market—projects we take great pride in.
We are currently seeking sites in Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucester, Hampshire and Surrey. However we operate across the whole of southern England, so we are open to considering any sites within this area.
